How to Use the double layers water immersion retort machine?
The use of semi-automatic steam heating double layers water immersion retort mainly includes the following steps:
Adding and preheating: First, add appropriate amount of water to the upper tank, and preheat the upper tank water, heating to 120℃.
Fill sterilizing product: Closed the bottom retort door with sterilizing product, and close the flange.
Hot water circulation: Put the hot water in the upper tank through the circulating pump into the lower tank, start to heat up. If electric heating is used, just turn on the heating tube directly.
Sterilization: When the temperature of the first tank rises to the specified sterilization temperature, starts timing for sterilization.
Cooling treatment: After the sterilization time, will be the lower tank of water into the upper tank, and then into the lower tank cool water. The pump circulates the water in the pot during the cooling process.
Emptying and taking out products: After cooling cycle for a period of time, empty the water in the lower tank, and then enter the cool water for a second time for cooling. Finally, empty the lower tank and take out the product.
