Precautions for use
When using gas/oil steam generator, users should pay attention to the following precautions, to ensure the safety of the equipment, stable operation and extend the service life:
1.Safe operation: Ensure that the leakage circuit breaker is installed before entering the line, shell should be firmly grounded, to ensure the safety of users. Do not start the pump in the absence of water , because the pump needs heat dissipation, in the absence of water will burn the motor. It is prohibited to perform maintenance under steam pressure or high temperature. When performing maintenance or troubleshooting, must be cut off from the power supply, after pressure relief and cooling down, to avoid accident.
2.Water quality requirements: Use water softener to treat bad water sources (, such as deep well water, river water) . steam generator water should be non-corrosive, free of impurities clean soft water to avoid equipment damage and affect its normal operation.
3.Routine maintenance and inspection: Before starting or after a few days of shutdown, remove the pump fan with a screwdriver, make sure the air in the pump has been used up. The water stored in the steam tank should be drained after work every day, and cut off the main power supply, unscrew the exhaust steam valve, open the blowdown valve. Manually move the protective valve several times every two months, to prevent rust and stuck. Clean and maintain the equipment regularly.
4.Operation specifications: When using the steam generator, special person should be designated to operate, familiar with the specifications in the instructions, and use according to the operation specifications of the machine. Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the water is added to the water tank before starting each time. every time the machine is shut down after use, need to discharge the water and steam in the inner tank, and then turn off the main power supply, to prevent the steam in the machine condenses into water and produces fake gas. pay attention to sewage work, it is best to discharge twice a day, can be discharged with pressure, can well prevent the blockage of the pipeline.
5.Pressure control: In the process of using the equipment must be responsible for, at any time pay attention to the steam pressure in the heating cylinder, shall not exceed the maximum allowable pressure. pressure gauge, safety valve and pressure controller and other testing instruments should be handed over to professional units once a year for verification.
6.Other precautions: Do not adjust the pressure controller at will. Do not spray water and steam on electrical components. When the three-phase power supply is used, shall be connected to the neutral line with the line marked with "N", and marked with "live line" shall be connected to the three-phase live line A, B, and C of the power supply respectively.
