How to use the Autoclave Machine For Medical Waste?

Medical waste collected in bins or plastic bags are in transferred into stainless steel autoclave carts.

The carts are pushed into the autoclave where a pre-vacuum process ensures that all air is removed from the waste. The autoclave is heated up with steam to 138° C and 3,8 bar atmospheric pressure.

Sterilization is done by keeping the waste for a given time under the above conditions. The process is repeated until 8 log 10 sterilization efficiency is reached.

The waste is vacuumed and dried then removed from the autoclave. All parameters can be programmed according to costumer needs. The system is extremely easy to operate, can be managed by one operator that has passed the 8 hour training program.
