The steps for using a cooking kettle include cleaning, inspection, placing the materials, setting up the heating source, starting the stir, monitoring the process, and exception handling.
Cleaning: Before and after use, should be cleaned inside and outside the pot, especially stir the leaves and the bottom of the pot, to ensure food safety and hygiene. Before commencing operation, shall inspect all parts of the equipment, including heating element, mixing system, control panel and safety device, to ensure that they are in good condition and not damaged.
To place: As needed, place the ingredients into the pot, taking care not to exceed the maximum capacity of the cooking kettle, to avoid uneven mixing or overflow.
Set heating source: For gas type cooking kettle, need to open the pressure reducing valve and air intake interface, light the flame and adjust the damper and air valve to the required flame size; For an electric cooking kettle, plug in and set the heating temperature; Steam heated cooking kettle needs to connect the steam source and adjust the steam flow.
