Scope of application:

Steam coil heating:The heating coil heats up quickly, is durable, does not directly contact with the product, and avoids the residue in the steam pipeline entering the equipment to damage the quality of the cooking product.
Steam direct heating: Suitable for steaming products or sterilization, do not need soup, do not worry about pollution.
Electric heating: Electric heating does not need to be equipped with an external heat source, direct heating in the pot, whether it is generating steam or directly heating the water in the tank, convenient health, can be used with three-phase electricity, saving energy for customers.

How to Use the vertical cooking retort?
Preparation stage:
Put the product into the vertical cooking retort, make sure the door is sealed, close the manual interlock.
Open the inflatable cushion valve and pressure holding switch, into the vertical autoclave, set the pressure to 0.18-0.2Mpa.
Heating stage:
Turn on the sterilization switch, inject steam(or power on the electric heating pipes if electric heating), open the upper manual exhaust valve, remove the upper cool air.
Then close the upper manual exhaust valve, and open the lower manual exhaust valve, to remove the lower cool air.
Set the temperature inside the sterilizer to 121°C (can setup any temperature depend on your recipes).
Heat preservation stage:
When the temperature rises to the set value, the vertical retort will automatically keep warm, the keeping time is 15-30 minutes ( the specific time can be adjusted according to actual situation) .
Cooling stage:
After the holding time arrives, vertical autoclave will automatically alarm, at this time should close the sterilizing switch, stop steam into. if electric heating, the controller will automatic stop heating.
Open the upper manual exhaust valve, to maintain the pressure in the vertical autoclave, and then can choose inject cold water to cool down, this required to equip with the recycle pump and pipes, valves. (if want natural cooling, then no need to equip with the pump and pipes, just bring out the baskets and put outside for natural cooling.) To reduce the temperature to 80-40°C.
Drainage stage:
Close the upper manual exhaust valve and pressure holding switch, open the lower manual drainage valve, to drain all the water in the vertical autoclave.
End stage:
Close the inflatable valve, open the air cushion valve, then open the manual interlock and pan door, take out the goods.

The vertical cooking retort is composed of one cylinder, two sets of sealing head, two sets of flanges, sealing device, saddle device, bending arm device, safety chain 1, safety chain 2, computer automatic control cabinet device, insulation device, a set of baskets, water pump and all circulation pipes and various valves and other parts(for cooling use).
The vertical cooking retort for food sterilization or cooking main body is usually made of food-grade 304 stainless steel pressure vessel special national standard plate. You can also choose more advanced materials such as SS316 according to the customer, and you can also choose carbon steel material (Q345R) according to the user's budget.
